Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Custom products (such as special orders) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have any questions about your specific item.
- Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
The fastest way to secure the item you want is to:

- Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
